Der jungen Generation in beiden Ländern soll auf anschauliche Weise die Bedeutung einer freundschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit vermittelt werden, die auf gemeinsamen politischen und kulturellen Wertvorstellungen beruht.
Zukünftige gute Beziehungen sollen durch den praktischen Erfahrungsaustausch im jeweiligen Gastland gefördert werden.
